We were able to leave our cases in the shop underneath the studio (while the shop was open) and they took them up for us when the room was ready. This was very helpful. Good communications with the hosts. The property is well located in Lausanne. It is very close to a metro which is very handy for avoiding steep walks in the city (e.g. from the train station) and for accessing Ouchy.

Our room was very comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly. Very clean. Free pass for the metro is a bonus too.

The room is clean and comfortable. We love the view from our lakeview room. Staff are efficient and polite. As we were two adults and a child we had an executive suite with separate seating area and a small balcony .It is a lovely hotel dating back to the turn of the last century and is particularly comfortable as it is air conditioned , which we really appreciated .

We went by car, parked in the underground garage (discounted price) and used the free subway card to ride into the city. Subway station is underneath the parking (P+R Vennes), and in about 20' we were at Lausanne-Ouchy. Entrance to the Aquarium just opposite the hotel reception.
