The room was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked about dining out or finding a laundromat. The full English breakfast was piping hot and delicious . There was also cereal and fruit on the side and lots of hot coffee, tea or cold beverages. We sat in the breakfast room and watched the boats go by. we also enjoyed the pub right downstairs for food and drinks.

Food was excellent-lots of great choices for breakfast. We also had dinner there one evening, which was quite good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and nicely laid out.
