    “This house was beautiful and very roomy. 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and 2 baths. Loved that there was a bathroom upstairs. The location was on the lake and would be great during the summer.”

Newly updated Cozy Cottage sitting in a quiet cove at Smith Lake - with breathtaking views and only 15 steps to the water. "Best Life Now" Cottage is a wonderful place to relax, fish and swim. As you enter the driveway you will see all that nature has to offer. Rock formations and the view as you come around the curve to the house. As you enter the home you will notice some of the nostalgia that remains in the home along with the updated furnishings.
Only mins and you can be at Brothers Restaurant have a great meal and socializing with other Lake people (They have karaoke) or be at Trident Mariana Restaurant. (They have a band playing on Sat. Nights) by Boat or Land 15 min. Long country drive into Lake Home with rock formations along the way. Several waterfalls when it rains. Sit out on the deck and watch the Wildlife or have a cup of coffee or wine on the deck overlooking the lake. From basement walk down just 15 steps and you will be at the walkway to the dock. Slanted steps off the dock into the water for ease of getting in and out. Great fishing spot and a great swimming spot. Bring some paddle boards, floats and fishing poles and your set to have a great time.
