Property information

Apartment Ajda is located on the first floor of a multi-residential house in Velenje. The apartment can comfortably accommodates up to 7 people (3x double room, 1x single room, 2x bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room). The apartment complex features free WiFi. Each room is fitted with bed linen and towels. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed; however, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or on the terrace in front of the house. Pets are not admitted. The apartment is not acclimatised. Free parking is available (in front of the house or in the immediate surroundings of the building). Also, bicycles can be stored in the locked garage, as well as there's a ski storage space available on-site.

Neighbourhood information

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there’s a bus stop (a possibility of a free public transport), a large supermarket and a pizzeria (a 5-minute walk) and a city park (a 7-minute walk). The accommodation is close to the lakes, Škalsko lake and Velenje lake (both within a 15-minute walk), where you will find restaurants and bars, Vista event complex, a children's playground (free of charge), tennis and mini-golf courts, a horse riding club and a public beach where it is possible to rent paddle surf boards. The town centre is at 20-minute walking distance (5 minutes by car). Multiple sports can be enjoyed within proximity of the apartment, for example, cycling (the appartment is located by the cycling path that connects various nearby towns) and skiing (ski slopes Kope and Golte).
