Company information

In December, 2019, Ed and Bonita Sousa of VHM Azores started to manage this vacation home including welcoming guests, cleaning the cottage, and dealing with any requests or repairs. They speak English and some Portuguese. They own VHM Azores since 2008, Sao Miguel´s oldest management company for vacation homes and are knowledgeable to help guests with their requests.

Property information

Coastal Trail Cottage Unique traditional design that sleeps up to 4 people max. The cottage is on a large property with garden located in the quiet village of Sao Vicente Ferreira. It has gated direct access to the coastline trail and is only a couple of minutes from the natural swimming pools in the village of Capelas. There is easy access to all the great attractions of Sao Miguel Island by car, bus or taxi. 15 minutes’ drive to Ponta Delgada, Ribeira Grande and Batalha Golf Club. The cottage walls are made of local stone. The ceilings are the original wood and there is an original forno for display only. Kitchen - fully equipped new cabinets, with fridge, stove top, oven, vent, dishwasher, full set of dishes, cooking utensils, casserole dishes, pots and pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dish towels Living area /dining- 2 leather sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, large dining table sits up to 8 people, portable electric fan heaters. Bedroom 1 - double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 - single beds -98 cm x 190 cm Bathroom #2 has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet. All bath and beach towels
