Spacious, airy, and modern 2-level penthouse apartment with a terrace in a beautiful park area close to Old city. Congress Centre is 1.4 km, while Riga Airport is 9.7 km away from the property. Jurmala beach is only 20 minutes by car from property’s location. Property amenities include: 24 hour security, secure car parking, on site concierge. There is a grocery store, restaurants, spa-center, and gym nearby. Easy access by public transport to other areas of the city. Perfect location for both holiday and business trips. The penthouse apartment has a large terrace. Two bedroom come with 2 double beds and a closet. The bathrooms are complete with toilets, sinks, bathtub and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all essential kitchenware to cook a proper dinner. The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa. The building was built in 1950-ties and has been completely renovated in the year 2006. Perfect for 4 people, fine for 6, possible for 7– although a tight fit. The bathroom is complete with toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all essential kitchenware to cook a proper dinner. The living room has a comfortable sleepe
