Prepare yourself for pure luxury - the newly renovated apartmentы in the heart of town have everything you need for your trip to be comfortable - a 55 inch OLED 4K TV, air conditioning, a washing machine & a dishwasher, free secured parking and a lot more... Parquet floor and quality furniture look and feel great, and over 140 cameras all around the housing complex make sure you can feel safe - 24/7 Come inside, I will be glad to be your host… The apartments as well as the modern new house have been built recently and both shine with great design and comfort. You have several apartments to chose from, all of which have a big balcony with a fantastic view of the Riga skyline. Everything you see on these pictures can be used: - Air conditioning - Washing machine and dishwasher - 55'' OLED 4K TV with Ambilight - Apple TV ora PS4 console - Kitchen with all the necessary appliances - First Aid Kit and fire distinguisher (Hopefully you won't need it) - Keyless entry thanks to SmartLock integration - Hairdryer and an iron (with a desk, of course) - sewing kit and a lot more is waiting for you :) Not a single hotel can provide you this level of an apartment, trust me

The so called quite city centre - also called the embassy borough - is one of the most prestigious parts of town. All of the main attractions can be reached within just minutes of walk. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi - I will let you know the best option for a cheap taxi later. The closest shopping mall shares a wall with the house - so its just a 2 minute walk away, and there you can find almost anything you need - groceries, a drug store, textile cleaning and others... The wonderful park "Viesturdarzs" is just a 5 minute walk away - a beautiful place to take a walk and relax in the green A bus stop is just a 5 minute walk away - but my advice goes as follows: take another few minutes and you're just a small walk away from everything you would like to see and explore the heart of town by feet. Trust me, you will like and enjoy it :)
