The structure does not have a reception, but is entirely managed remotely, communicating with guests via SMS or email. It is necessary to pay before arrival in the structure by card, directly on Booking or by bank transfer. At the end of the booking a personal code will be communicated that will be used to access the structure (door and room) and you will have the freedom to arrive in the structure at any time of the afternoon, evening and night. The cleaning staff will provide daily room cleaning and linen change. Breakfast is not served directly in the building, but there is a partner bar just a few meters away.

Sant'Eufemia Rooms is a guest house built in 2019, after having restructured an ancient building in the eighteenth century from top to bottom. Of modern conception, it has 4 rooms located on the second and third floor of the structure, all spacious, comfortable, fresh and bright. In addition, a large terrace gives guests the opportunity to converse and spend time in the cool of the Viestan evenings.

Sant'Eufemia Rooms is located in a quiet street 200 meters from the city center with its promenade and the endless availability of clubs. The beaches are just a few minutes from the hotel, reachable on foot or by public transport. There is an excellent discounted parking, manned day and night at 400 meters from the hotel, which must be booked when the room is confirmed, at an additional cost.
