I am Pilar, and with my family I restored a ruin in the heart of the village of Santa Croce, giving life to Crocevia. I bet on Santa Croce for its rough beauty, for its strong identity, for its privileged position among woods, sea, city and countryside. My facility consists of 8 rooms for a maximum of 21 beds and a restaurant. The restaurant is open to guests of the inn but also to the public and the cuisine we offer is inspired by the regional tradition. The menu changes seasonally and the raw material is, as far as possible, sourced nearby from small producers. We offer meat and vegetarian dishes, being careful to have gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives. For me, the important thing is that all people can feel welcomed and be at ease. In addition to the accommodation and restaurant proposals, at Crocevia there are some gems that make it unique: an ancient well from the first half of the 1800s that dominates the restaurant hall and which we have transformed into a round table with a glass top, a cellar carved into the rock and the intimate and hidden garden enclosed between the typical stone walls.
