We inform our kind guests to consider, before booking, that, due to the renovation works on the external facade of the building, scaffolding will be present from 1 April until the end of the works. The apartment is completely renovated and finely furnished, with light tones and romantic and delicate splashes of color; attention to detail with a style is clean and romantic! Equipped kitchen, with electric oven, hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Air conditioning and flat screen TV, wi-fi included, furnishings and cleaning products provided. Small laundry with sink, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Large living room with large flat screen TV on the wall, where the sofa bed is located; the main bedroom is cozy and has a large wardrobe; the gem is the makeup console! Outside the unit it is possible to park the car for free. Mattresses and pillows are new and quality, for optimal rest!
Having always been a lover of aesthetics and home care, I decided to undertake the project of my holidayhome Anchor and Rose, which has not only the purpose of offering the service, but of expressing my inspiration, in the detail which can make the guest feel at home. During the stay of my guests, I am available for any doubts or suggestions.
The house is located in Salerno, Campania, Italy. The bus stop is immediately adjacent, the terminus of many city lines! In winter, near the house, free shuttles for the Artist Lights! The port district is perfect in summer because it has one of the most beautiful beaches of nearby Salerno, reachable on foot, which at night hosts a nightclub! Restaurants of typical cuisine nearby, and in winter the starting point of Luci d'Artista! Immediate connection with the Amalfi Coast! The area is rich in tourist attractions: - Circolo dei Canottieri dell'Irno at 400 m - Free five-a-side football fields at 400 m - Cathedral of Santa Trofimena 1 km - Church of Sant'Anna al Porto 800 m - Molo Manfredi ferry departure point at 1km - Maritime Station at the Manfredi Pier - The original Zeppola D'Oro in Vietri 1 km - Abbadia di Cava De'Tirreni 2 km - Municipal Villa and Artistic Lights 1 km away, where you can taste the inimitable Salerno lemon granita - The spectacular and panoramic Botanical Garden of the Minerva at 1 km - Bicycle rental less than 1 km - The beautiful Salifornia beach less than 1 km away
