Generally quiet area, just outside city centre. Adjacent from the house is Cafe 112, small cafe with a great breakfast and nice coffee. 10 second walk from the house you have the local gym (Feel fit) and another 10 second walk from that, you have the large leisure park with McDonalds, Starbucks and Lidl. (Electric car chargers available too). Within 10 minutes walk of the house in the surrounding areas you have multiple restaurants and cafe's. Within a 10 minute walk, you can get the LUAS(tram) from Spencer Dock, which will bring you straight to the city center and beyond if required. From there to the city is 2.50 pp. In the opposite direction, another 10 minute walk, is Dublin Bus, every bus will bring you to the city centre from this stop. (Fairview Fire Station) prices are usually 2.00pp. Again, 10 minutes from the house, you have Clontarf DART station(train). This will get you to the City Centre for under 5.00. This is also great to get out to the more Scenic areas of Dublin; Bray or Howth.
