The apartments are located in the first row to the sea with a beautiful relaxing view of the blue sea. In addition to the apartments there is also a large wooden garden furniture with barbecue for day and evening rest. A large grassy yard provides a carefree baby game with the use of a large sun protection sunshade. It is possible to use an external heated shower for additional refreshment. The apartments are equipped with flat TV, satellite TV, free WI FI and secure parking. Bicycles can be rented free of charge in the property. From the property to the first beach (with cafe) is a 3 minute walk, and the next pebble beach is about 7 minutes walk. In the immediate vicinity there is a small shop, two restaurants and a cafe, and in the center of Jadranovo, 1.5 km away are pebble beaches with a range of contents like restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, a grocery store. More amenities are located in Crikvenica 9 km away, Rijeka 19 km away and Opatija 28 km away.

For many years I have been very pleased with tourism and I have acquired a number of friends with whom we have long-standing good friendships and business relationships. The street where the object is located has a small traffic that gives a quiet atmosphere for a good and unhindered vacation. Sea on the beach 150 meters away is crystal clear with the café and the possibility of renting deck chairs, sunshades and sailing boards. We speak English, Russian, German and Czech.
