The apartment impresses with its extraordinary size of 107m² and its special location in the immediate vicinity of the Acropolis. The apartment has been completely renovated in June 2021. It has a large bedroom with a 2x2m double bed and a smaller bedroom with a Queen size bed, both have air conditioning and a small balcony. In the large bathroom you will find a walk-in 2×1 m shower and two separate sinks. A washing machine is also housed. The guest toilet is located next to the kitchen. The kitchen impresses with its high quality equipment and its extraordinary design. By selecting the furniture in vintage style we wanted to make a contrast to the modern bathroom and kitchen. The dining room can comfortably accommodate up to six people at the large table. The blinds are electric. In the living room, the couch can be pulled out to a double bed about 1.40x1.80m. A 4K Smart TV of the latest generation is also waiting for you. Of course, a powerful air conditioning system is also installed in the living room. The associated balcony has a view of the street and extends over both rooms. Wi-Fi is of course free of charge for you.

The Simos family, consisting of Afrodite 47 years old and Ioannis 59 years old, are delighted to welcome guests from all over the world to our parents' house. After careful consideration, we decided to make our apartment available to travelers. Especially Ioannis, who lives in Germany (Düsseldorf) for the last 50 years and has traveled almost everywhere in the world and has almost always stayed in holiday apartments, was the driving force. Afrodite has traveled all over Greece. Ioannis' last trip was to Japan for the Rugby World Cup in September - October 2019. The existing situation with COVID provided the decisive impetus. Afrodite has been looking after our father in our home on the island of Salamina for the past two years. After 25 years as a Bank employee, it was no longer possible to continue her work at the Greek National Bank due to the situation. Ioannis worked as a chef in Düsseldorf for 28 years and we speak fluently Greek, German and English. If desired, we are at your disposal to make your stay as smooth as possible.

In the immediate vicinity you will find everything that will make your stay enjoyable and livable. Numerous street cafes and excellent restaurants invite you to linger. It is also only a short distance walk to the famous Plaka. You have access to local public transport. The metro station Sygrou Fix is approx. 200 m away and also the tram station which takes you directly to the beautiful beaches in about 30 minutes. You will also find several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
