The Lake House sits on the edge of Dartmoor, not far from the beautiful town of Totnes and is only 15 minutes from the coast. This stunning log fire heated home is a idillic place to chill or have a private gathering with a small group of friends. Whether you are musicians looking for song writing time out and bit of a jam, or a couple looking for the ultimate Devon getaway with a difference, this unique abode offers a versatile and private location to escape from the crowd. Please don't expect 5* luxury. Expect all things rustic... Log fires, an outside pizza oven, a gas fired BBQ unrivalled views and the opportunity to simply chill. The building sits on a lake surrounded by woodland, there may be some unexpected friendly visitors such as geese and sheep It's a unique and wonderful experience. A welcome pack is included in the price. Including our very own craft distilled, Lake House gin, fever tree tonic, coffee, tea milk, bread and butter. For safety reasons, sadly we can't accept toddlers due to the dangers of the open water. We do not take responsibility for any accidents, please be respectful of the water, you are welcome to swim in the lake
