We would like to welcome you to a relaxing stay at St Edmunds, a family run guest house with seven en-suite rooms, and on-site car parking for each room. Situated on the 'South West Coastal Path' so ideally located for walkers, St. Edmunds stands on the corner of Sands Road and Queens Road with a level walk of just 150 metres to the sea front and 350 metres from Paignton town centre. We have Ground floor rooms available and accept children of 12 years and older. Well behaved small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at an extra cost. There is a south facing garden with patio furniture for guests use. Free fast Wi-fi is available throughout the fully centrally heated property. Paignton Harbour is a short walk away for boat trips/ferries and fishing, we are also within easy reach of Torquay, Brixham, Totnes and Dartmouth (via Steam train and ferry across the River Dart) An ideal base to explore Torbay, the English Riviera, and the South Devon coast. Try fishing, paddle boats, swimming, crazy golf or just relax in a cafe and watch life go by. Go for a day trip on the historic Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway and, for the adventurous, visit the Water Park. Also with in easy commuting distance are the towns of Torquay and Brixham.
