Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Matignon, this charming house with privative swimming pool, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 200 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 35 m² with TV, sofa bed (one place) and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Bedroom 1 : one queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2 : two single beds - A bathroom with shower and bathtub - A separate toilet - Mezzanine landing, accessible by a staircase, equipped with a single sofa bed For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A swimming pool of 9m x 4.50m (private, heated) open from June to September. Secured by an electric shutter. Depth from 1m10 to 1m40. - A beautiful enclosed garden of 1 200 m² exposed south-west without opposite. - A terrace of 25 m² facing south and equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition (dishes must be put away and rubbish emptied) and clean appliances after use. - Cleaning between stays and change of linen required for stays of more than 15 days.

The house is ideally located in Matignon, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Sporting activities: golf, water sports, fishing, sea walks, horse riding, accrobranche, GR34 hikes, horse riding. - Visit of the Emerald Coast, the castle of Fort La Latte. - Seaside resorts of the Emerald Coast: Saint Malo, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer. - The seaside resorts of the Côtes d'Armor : Le Val-André, Trégastel-Plage, Perros Guirec, Erquy... - The great aquarium of Saint Malo. Events : rum route in Saint-Malo, shell festival in May in Erquy, festival of the ramparts in Dinan... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the house's lot that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles or in the private garage that can accommodate 1 vehicle. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Lamballe train station located about 25 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Pleurtuit Dinard airport located about 27 minutes away by car.
