"Finca Alzina" is located in the countryside, between Inca and Selva, and is the ideal accommodation for a quiet and relaxing holiday with family or friends. This 240 m² house can accommodate 8 people, as it consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, a cot and a high chair. From the balcony, as well as from the ground floor, there is a stunning view of the landscape and the mountains. The spacious private outdoor area opens onto a garden with covered terraces where you can have breakfast and or enjoy a dinner prepared on the barbecue with a glass of wine. In addition, the saltwater pool measuring 13x3.5 with a minimum depth of 0.90 and a maximum depth of 1.75 invites you to swim before sunbathing on the sun loungers. The town of Inca is just a 5-minute drive (2.1 km) from the property, and there you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants, and cafes, while the nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is a 25-minute drive away ( 25 km), near Can Picafort. The lively capital of Mallorca, Palma, as well as the airport, are 35 minutes away. The property is in a quiet area, without noise to be able to rest in which to look out the windows is to see an idyllic landscape. Being only 2 km from Inca, you have all the comforts and services you need. Just 25 km away is the Alcudia water park to spend a day with family and friends. Also in Alcudia there is the Sunday market and you can visit the well-known Roman old town. Near the property, just 15 km away is the "Serra de Tramuntana", to enjoy hiking trails through the mountains of the world heritage site "Unesco".
