Building (Turismo de Interior) located in the center of Palma; Perfectly located in a lively area in the urban area but with the tranquility of being a street with hardly any traffic, from the attic with terrace they have spectacular views of the entire city from their highest terrace. The only small drawback of these apartments is that they do not have an elevator, it will take a little effort to move them to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT WITHOUT ELEVATOR!). In order to access the property by car, it is essential that you obtain a driver's license. We will give you instructions when you make the reservation.

Neighbourhood information

It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighborhood in Palma, Sa Gerreria, a neighborhood with many essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. They should not worry about noise or anything similar, being located in the attic and in a very quiet street, they will be able to rest from the buzz that cities generate and at the same time have all the comforts at street level. Located 250 meters from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and just 800 meters from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralized (Train from Sóller, Bus to the Airport, Buses to all destinations on the island ).
