Hello, we are Sandra, Lu and Stefan. We are are happy to welcome our guests from near and far. We love our city, but since we have also been on the road a lot ourselves, we know how nice it is to simply feel at home in another city. We think it's great to enter an apartment where the focus is on the whole guest experience. If something isn't right, we are just a call away. Our service comes from the heart and aims to embrace your wishes. We look forward to welcoming you! Before booking please keep in mind: According to §29/30 of the Federal Registration Act (BMG) we have to collect the personal data of our guests. Therefore, with the booking you agree to fill out the online checkin. We ask you to leave the apartment broom clean on the day of departure. In case of heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee. We ask you not to leave your children unattended. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children. Unfortunately we can only allow bookings of guests with the registration address in Erfurt against a deposit of 500Eur. Legal disclaimer: We offer 12 licensed holiday flats for tourist use (no minimum length of stay). In addition, we offer flats "for temporary use" for guests who "relocate their centre of life to the location for a limited period of time" (minimum stay of one month).

The apartments are very spacious, fully equipped and tastefully furnished to match the Art Nouveau building. We have paid special attention to the beds, because you can enjoy your stay only if you start the day well rested. In the kitchen everything is then ready for an aromatic cup of coffee. Neighbourhood information

Built in 1904 according to the Art Nouveau style, the former municipal building with high dwarf gables flanked by oriels and turrets is a designated monument in Erfurt. The apartment is located on the edge of Erfurt's old town, which is one of the largest ensembles of monuments in Germany. The exceptionally large and largely preserved old town invites you to stroll and marvel. In addition to the Cathedral Square, the Krämer Bridge, and the Petersberg Citadel, Erfurt has many other attractions to offer in the historic center - and all of this is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Public transport (bus and streetcar) as well as popular restaurants, bars and clubs are within walking distance. The residential area is characterized by quiet and neighborly consideration for a relaxed stay in the lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment. All popular sights are only a stone's throw away - the perfect starting point for a great stay in Erfurt. Directly opposite the apartments is the famous Venice Park, with its widely branching arms of the river Gera. We look forward to host you!
