Fully renovated SPACIOUS and very AUTHENTIC APARTMENT situated in the third floor of a historical building (without elevator). The apartment is situated in the heart of the central spa area of Marianske Lazne. The flat consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a LOGGIA from which you can observe the sunset. ★ Perfect for: families, two couples, digital nomads ★ FREE PARKING What will make your stay unique: ★ Whole private apartment in a quiet historical house ★ Newly renovated ★ Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom ★ Excellent Nespresso coffee ★ Beautiful location for walks – close to the forest and bike paths ★ Fast WiFi (100 MB) ★ Smart TV Both bedrooms are equipped with new furniture and detachable beds that serve as a large DOUBLE-BED or TWO SEPARATE BEDS – according to your preferences. This makes the apartment ideal for two couples, a family with children, or a group of friends or colleagues. Besides the comfortable beds, both bedrooms are equipped with a large COMPUTER DESK with the possibility of connecting your laptop via WiFi or Ethernet cable.
We are one big family with deep roots in Mariánské Lázně and the region of West Bohemia. If you need any information, whether about the apartment or about interesting places in our surroundings, we will be happy to direct you. We enjoy Booking and we are always happy to meet our guests. However, if you prefer privacy, we will prepare everything to provide it to you. We will be available for you through your stay 24/7 :) The apartment is located on the third floor of a historical building. There is no elevator in the building, but the stairs are wide and the corridors are spacious. If you will need any help with the luggage, please let us know in advance. → when coming by car It is possible to stop right next to the house and take out or load up luggage. Then it is possible to leave the car in a nearby guarded parking house, located about 150 meters from the apartment – a pleasant walk. You will receive a parking card on arrival and you can use it during your whole stay. → when arriving late Please arrange your arrival time in advance. If you are delayed, let us know so we can ensure a convenient handover of the keys.
★★ Skalnikovy sady, fountain, colonnade ★★ (less than 5 minutes by walk) If you go downhill from the apartment, you will walk to Skalnikovy sady – a romantic park with a pond, which is ideal for evening walks. The park has a singing fountain on the other side. There is a daily program of music played as the fountain springs into life – these performances take place every odd hour from 7 am until 10 pm with the final two displays (9 pm & 10 pm) enriched with embedded lights. A magnificent Art Nouveau colonnade stands right next to the fountain, with more than 50 local mineral springs located nearby. ★★ Relax, spa wellness ★★ (less than 10 minutes by walk) If you enjoy languishing in water, then you will surely appreciate one of the best swimming pools in town at Hotel Hvezda. You will also find Finnish saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and massages available to you here. ★★ Mineral springs ★★ (less than 10 minutes by walk) There are more than 50 mineral springs in the area of Marianske Lazne. Thanks to the diversity of their chemical composition, the springs can be used to treat kidney damage, musculoskeletal problems, or the digestive system.
