We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Property information

Beautifully renovated 2 room flat with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed a few meters from the Skilift Hörnli Express,the bus stop and surrounded by hiking trails. It can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child on request (Please inform us if this is the case). The apartment has been recently renovated and boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fondue and raclette set, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is cozy and has a comfortable sofa bed, while the bedroom has a comfy double bed and a wardrobe with plenty of space for your clothes. The bathroom has a shower and you can find another closet in the corridor. You can use one of the parking places in front of the building and the apartment has also a large balcony that offers breathtaking views of the mountains.

Neighbourhood information

The property is only a few metres from the skilift Hörnli Express and the bus stop "Hörnli". It is a very quiet residential area with some hiking trails crossing the area and a ski slope that ends just a few metres from the property.
