Brand new apartment studio in brand new building. The apartment is located near The Green City Park. Amazing place in a very quiet and green area. Free public parking. In several minutes of walk you can reach: - GREEN park with a lot of flowers, playgrounds for your kids, the beautiful Danube River, Tennis courts, Swimming pools, Restaurants, cafe-bars, fast food, take away food, snacks - Small and big supermarkets - working until midnight and - Banks, casinos, petrol stations, souvenir shops - Medical Care and pharmacies - Hairdresser and beauty studio - Fitness gym - Taxi stand and bus stops. The city center is a 20-25 min walking through the beautiful park. The University of Ruse is very close. You can also have a tour in the park with an attractive tourist train for a symbolic price of 1-2 euro. The apartment is on the way after the Romanain - Bulgarian border. Very easy to find.
