This newly renovated and joyful decorated flat is your perfect home away from home. With 2 separate bedrooms as well as a sofa-bed and a well-equipped​ kitchen you will immediately feel welcome here. The flat is located in a quiet area in a typical Viennese fin-de-siecle environment. The building is well preserved. From here there are only 20 minutes to the city center​ at Karlsplatz and 40 min by public transportation to the airport.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located in a quiet street called Davidgasse very close to the beautiful Heller Fabrik, a late-nineteenth-century brick building that​ used to be a candy factory. Nowadays the street is a nice emerging area with a lot of residential buildings, schools,​ and a beautiful park at Belgradplatz. RESTAURANTS: Iki, Am Belvedere 1; Aurora Rofftop Bar, Arsenalstraße 10; Meißners Gastwirtschaft, Buchengasse 64; Gugumuck - Gartenbar und Hof-Bistro; Eissalon Tichy, Reumannplatz 13 GROCERIES: Billa, Neilreichgasse 38; Billa at the Jet gas station (opened also on Sundays); Billa Plus, Laxenburgerstrasse 66; green market at Viktor-Adler-Platz PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: to the city center​: take the tramway 6 (station Neilreichgasse) and change at Reumannplatz to the metro line U1 which brings you to Stephansplatz in the city center​ OR go right o the station Davidgasse and take here the tramway 1 which brings you to Karlsplatz in the city center​ from the airport: train S7 to Geiselbergstrasse, change here to tramway 11 (direction Kaiserebersdorf) and exit at Quellenplatz Metro​: U1, station Reumannplatz, with direct connection to Stephansplatz (city center​)
