Really nice chill place with a nice common area and the owner joker is a really nice guy! They have good food there and the hut was really everything we needed and it was perfect with the fun. MAAYONG HOSTEL is a quiet and chill hostel in Panagsama road in barangay Basdiot, ideally located 250 meters from Panagsama Beach & the famous sardine run and 2 minutes walk from the bars, restaurants... The perfect place to stay in Moalboal. We stayed in the huts and it was perfect for our 5 night stay. (There is construction at the moment but it didn't bother us). The staff couldn't be nicer & they were so helpful. We had breakfast there every morning and it was delicious! The location is also perfect.

Good value for money, but what was exceptional is the owners they were amazing, who helped us when my daughter wasn't feeling well, took to a clinic, and helped with all we needed. Also, in the morning, they took us to the port because we had big luggage even though the port is walking distance. Great, great people.
