Also, there is a hot spring and a supermarket not far away from the guesthouse, which you can get to using a car or a bike. Finally, the owner is very friendly and can tell a lot of interesting stories.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. There's a convenience store just down the road and plenty places to eat. The bath was really nice and made for an authentic experience. Everything was very clean and my room was comfy and I had plenty of space

Wonderful all day, especially early in the morning and at sunset. Great restaurants and Atami Ginza as well as an amusement area close to the river all within a few minutes walking. The Japanese style room was minimalist but very nice and generous. The host was really charming and I would have stayed two weeks longer there but had to return to Germany.

Despite arriving late, I was greeted by the employee Taka at the door, who kindly checked me in and gave me a free upgrade without me even requesting it. I also accidentally left one of my belongings at the hostel, and Taka kindly mailed it back to me the next day. I'd like to give a special thanks to Taka for ensuring my stay as fantastic and returning my belongings to me!
