Toyako Guest House Ponkotan is situated in Lake Toya, in the Toyako Onsen district. With free WiFi, this 1-star hostel offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge. A wonderful guest house in a wonderful location. The owner is so kind and the beds are super comfortable. There's a bathroom in every dormitory and each dormitory has only four beds. There's only one shower though and it's shared, but that wasn't a problem at all. The shared kitchen/living room is really cozy as well and I've only met great people while staying here. You can also wash laundry and go up on the roof to watch the stars. I love it so much I want to come back!

Otaornai Backpacker's Hostel Morinoki is for free and independent travelers in Hokkaido Otaru. No good for small group or family. love the host family with a lovely cat and a lovely dog!! so cute to play with! many decorations and books to read through! nicely prepared self brand souveniors, I bought a stamp collection book and collect stamps directly from the host and for my remaining trip! The entire house and the room so warm that i know most wooden furnitures were built by the host! so amazing! i also love the local cooked breakfast! so warm! wonderful at high elevation to enjoy the city and mountatin views!

A 10-minute walk from JR Kutchan Train Station, Niseko Backpackers Hostel Tabi-Tsumugi offers simple accommodation with extra-long beds. Allt var fantastiskt. Värden Ryo var mycket hjälpsam, och höll stället välstädat och trevligt.

The Toya har ett perfekt läge i området Toyako Onsen i Toya sjö, 41 km från Muroran, 41 km från Higashi-muroran station och 46 km från Hirafu Station. Was a nice quiet hostel by Lake Toya and only a minute walk to the village and lakefront. I went when it was quiet in the town so I had a whole room to myself. There’s also a restaurant on the bottom floor which is open until late and the staff are very friendly had a nice long conversation with them and felt very welcomed! Good facilities too: shower, bath, fridge and sauna!

Very close to the city center, within walking distance. The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a small refrigerator, shower, toilet, sink, kettle, flashlight, lamps, a pleasant view from the window. The hotel staff is very polite, they told us about the attractions and answered accompanying questions.

Overall is excellent, Room are nice and clean and full of facility ,Receptors are great , This place is awesome.

The communication with the owner was very easy and I always received a fast reply. The rooms were clean and the Tatami mats and fouton beds very comfortable. All shared rooms were very clean as well! Highly recommend this place.
