I'd be happy staying here again should I need a place in Florence in the future.

It's simply a most luxury hostel I've been to! The dormitory looking so good and the bathrooms are clean and modern which are also in your room -- not separately. Can't be more happy with my experience, an outdoor swimming pool definitely helped in 35 degrees heat! Stuff is very friendly and helpful. One of my roommates has some troubles with shower - it leaked - and stuff fixed it immediately without being rude or making an assumption that she broke it.
