Seemannsheim Hostel Flensburg ligger i Flensburg, 1 minutts gange fra Flensburg maritime museum. Overnattingsstedet har bagasjeoppbevaring og en restaurant. The hostel located in very nice location. Walkable to the walking street. Nice view surround. They provide great facilities. Cozy and clean. There is excellent restaurant in the hostel. Our room is close to the main street. We can hear noise of the car. It was not so annoyed. Overall is great. Highly recommended.

SchickSAAL* is well situated in Lübeck, and features a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. I like the friendly co-op feel- it’s not sold out to a hotel corporation. They don’t have stupid tours and theme events.

DOCK INN Warnemünde offers extraordinary accommodation in overseas containers in the harbour of Rostock. The hostel has a sauna and water sports facilities, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Friendly staff. Sauna was excellent. Very comfortable and clean rooms/bathrooms. Very large common areas with plenty of games and reading nooks. Breakfast was a good quality classic German breakfast. Maybe a 10/15 min walk to the beach, <1 min from train station. A great affordable base to explore Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Set in Lietzow, 100 metres from Lietzow Beach, Project Bay - Workation / CoWorking offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and barbecue facilities. Good communication from the staff. They are nice person. Enough space for family. Clean and enough sunlight through the Window . Good idea for the sharing.

Offering a barbecue and sun terrace, Peanuts Hostel & Meer is set in Schwedeneck-Grönwohld in the Schleswig-Holstein Region. Some rooms have views of the sea or garden. Very nice hostel stay, the hostel is nicely remote. It is very clean and cosy. The owner is very friendly and you can see that she loves her work a lot. Around the hostel are nice spots to relax, there were plenty of tables and chairs. The beach is close by (3km, quick drive but also walkable). Bring some food yourself, the kitchen is well equipped. Coffee and tea was provided. There is a basket with some drinks and snacks to buy if you have forgotten some, bring cash. There is no WiFi, but reception is good and there are loads of games, books, puzzles etcetera to entertain yourself.

This hostel is a historic building which is quietly situated in the heart of Rostock’s historic Old Town district. The kitchen was very good and I found everything I needed. In general, this is a very good value for money for a short stay (a couple of nights with the most time spent outside).
