Staff are friendly, provide useful information, and do their best to make you feel at home. There's a common terrace where you can hang out with other guests. And the kitchen is fully stocked with various food options for breakfast. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The location is very central and you can walk wherever in a very short time. I'd be happy staying here again should I need a place in Florence in the future.

The hotel is new and the rooms are very modern with all basic amenities included. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Overall, it exceeded by far my expectations, making it a great value for money. It has a central cooling system and the rooms are quiet. The location is great, just 10 mins away from the central train station and from the center (on foot).

Lokacija labai gera - nuo stoties lengva ateiti. Gavome dviaukštes lovas, metalinės, tad su girgždesiu, bet miegojome gerai, tilpo ir 193 cm žmogus. Pusryčiams ėmėm continental tipą, nėra gausu (nėra košių, daržovių), bet dienos pradžiai mums tikrai užtekdavo. Vakarienę irgi vietoje valgėme - pigiau nei mieste ir didelės porcijos. O labiausiai vasarą patiko lauko baseinas - puikiai atgaivino, ir terasa penktame aukšte su vaizdu į miestą - puiki vieta vakaroti.
