The towel and bed top sheet need to be paid extra, so I brought my own top sheet. But the owner provided a blanket for free, very good service. The Hostal is right on the Camino. It is close to the cathedral. David, the staff person, was wonderful. He made excellent recommendations and helped with using the washer and stove. The washer was included as was breakfast. Juice, milk, cereal, oatmeal, cakes, and coffee. Everything was clean and neat.

The dorms seem well-arranged with plenty of assigned storage space per bed, privacy curtains, and bedside light/socket. Compact kitchenette but ample centrally-sited dining and lounge area. Location as central as one can get - two doors out from the cathedral square. I arrived after check-in and saw no one until a few shy guests in the morning. When I checked out at 9.30 I had to do it and pay at the mother hotel opposite. Fresh bed linen, bath towel and shampoo/gel provided. The price was rock bottom due to low demand which suited me fine. Ample sanitary facilities compared to other hostels of its kind. Probably a 9.5 but rounded up.
