Everyone is polite, you feel welcomed, the place is calm and very clean. The neighborhood is calm, there are no sketchy people around, you feel safe when you come back late at night. Money is not their biggest concern unlike other places to be honest, they let me borrow a lock for free, kept my bags after i checked out for the rest of the day for free, and breakfast was also very nice.
