Situated in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 300 metres from Garmisch-Partenkirchen Station, DJH moun10 Jugendherberge - membership required! features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Boasting a bar, the hostel is close to several noted attractions, around 600 metres from Garmisch-Partenkirchen City Hall, 400 metres from Zugspitzbahn - Talstation and less than 1 km from Richard Strauss Institute. The hostel has a sauna, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.

By far one of the best hostels I ever stayed in! We had a triple private room. Everything is brand new, modern & super clean; comfortable beds, spacious shower, tasty breakfast with a variety of food options (both sweet & savory). You can store your luggage in a locked room if you arrive earlier/depart late & the staff is super friendly. Location is great too - right next to the train station. Can 100% recommend & will definitely stay there again! :)

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Loved everything about this place. We had a balcony that overlooked the Alpspitze. The property is close to a beautiful river that is just stunning and the path next to it takes you up to the thé Olympic ski complex and the gorge. The location is perfect and it must be the cheapest place to stay in Garmische

Great location near train and bus station, and a short walk to most shops and a variety of restaurants. Very friendly welcome from helpful staff member Sal. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful advising us about trips, buses, etc. Very good variety of food at breakfast. Great, peaceful room with private balcony looking onto the Alps. Could have stayed there longer!

*NEVER GO THERE!!! its a DORMITORY!!! with 1 bathroom for 12 rooms in the 1st floor. They dont clean, the toilet is always not working, *WE PAID FOR 3 PEOPLE, 1 CHILD AND PARENTS BUT WHEN WE REACHED THEY WANTED 36 EURO EXTRA FOR MY SON'S BED, WHEN I TOLD ABOUT IT THE RECEPTIONIST GIRL WAS VERY RUDE AND SHE SAID ITS THE RULE OF THE HOSTEL TO PAY FOR 3 AND PAY EXTRA FOR BED. * TERRIBLE PLACE! DONT GO THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY MOOD

The hostel is brand new, so all the facilities are super clean. We had a room for four people, which had a bunk bed and a double bed. The matraces were a little on the softer side. there is a large seating area around the reception and a small bar, which is opened until 10 pm. The reception staff are happy to order pizza, it is also possible to bring your own food and eat it there. Breakfasts were decent and selection was sufficient. Location is right next to the train station.
