He was very helpful. I spent the whole day in my room because I didn't want to go anywhere but only sleep and rest. So I cannot say more about the facility but the staff were all smiling and helpful. We were happy to be able to park our car 5m away and the hotel offers a 50% discount. It was only 15€ for 24h (with the discount) so very affordable and cheaper than parking in Paris where we are from.
