I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!

Pousada da Vila erbjuder boende i Vila Franca do Campo, 2,5 km från Calhau da Areia Beach och 9,1 km från Fogo Lake. The owner was a real friendly person, and very welcoming. She made sure I was properly checked in and everything was in order, and gave some extra tips about the small town.

We stayed in the unit on the first floor that led out to the pool. It is bright, modern and very comfortable. The apartment had everything that we needed for our 1.5 week trip, including a crib and high chair for our baby. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to any of our requests. The location of the apartment is very central and was a great base for exploring the rest of the island.

The best way to describe is- house with the soul and stunning view and let's not forget about amazing breakfast 😉❤️

The apartment is very well equipped. The hosts are lovely and helpful. It's great that they have a washing machine and tumble dryer available for the guests! The location is ideal in Villa Franca.

Matriz Guest House ligger i Ribeira Grande, knappt 300 meter från Ponte dos Oito Arcos. Här erbjuds en trädgård, rökfria rum och gratis WiFi. We had a perfect stay in Rossana and Eduardo's home. They made sure we were comfortable every day. The breakfast is amazing with all these homemade jams and cakes they make. The room was very big and comfortable, and everything was clean. Overall I would repeat again :)
