My special gratitude is to Radjan, the cook, he is a good cook and a wonderful superkind person. Will definitely stay in this hotel again and highly recommend it to you.

The hosts and caretakers were very kind and accomodating. A superb place to stay if you're in North Goa.

We travelled the whole family with our son. The room was very clean, and it was cleaned every day. There was everything inside the room what was needed. The room was very quiet, we were resting wery well during the nights. It was close to the beach, also close to shops and restaurants. But what distinguishes this place from others are owners, who are wonderful and very protective. You can ask them about anything. They provide great advice and help in planning the next days. It was definitely our best stay in our two-week trip in India. I hope we will meet again someday.

Breakfast was delicious and served with love and etiquette. The location is perfect to cover all lovely places in north Goa. They even helped us to get commute right at their place. Very humble everyone was at their place. My special thanks to Creg, their elder son who did a very hearty welcome of us in absence of his parents. Free private parking is available on site. A great family-friendly place privately owned and managed by Goan family. David and Nicole were very helpful and great in communication. Our flight was delayed yet they were able to accommodate late check-in and also provided dinner. Breakfast was scrumptious 😋 . I highly recommend eating lunch and/or dinner here. All their spices were made at home and the dishes were finger-licking good. Room was very clean. It was a retro room with touch of modern facilities. They went out of their way to help us book a cab for site seeing and drop us at Tito lane. Highly recommend staying here!

The terrace is amazing, full of beautiful plants. Jeanette and her family are the best, helped me with absolutely everything, from booking car transfers to preparing the breakfast earlier before walking tours! I would definitely stay here again!
