It is set 35 km from Cliveden House and features private check-in and check-out. The property is non-smoking and is situated 33 km from Notley Abbey. The Garden Room was a neat, comfortable and cosy little cottage in a quiet area of a country estate. It had all facilities we needed, good shower & bathroom, the bedroom was a lovely room although a little cramped for two people travelling with 2 large suitcases and backpacks. There was little room on each side of the bed to move around comfortably, however it would suit a single traveller with minimal luggage. The owners were helpful with information when required otherwise they left us to enjoy the lovely and quiet surrounds.

A very friendly welcome by the owners, who did everything to make our stay absolutely fantastic. Very beautiful cottages that had all facilities you need as well as EV charging. Above all the breakfast must be mentioned, homemade and delicious!

Situated just 5 minutes' walk fro the centre of Banbury, the Banbury Cross B&B offers free Wi-Fi access throughout and free onsite parking. Warwick is a 30-minute drive and Banbury Cross is 400 metres away. Visited for a one night stay with my elderly father as we needed to be in the area. Staff very helpful to us. Late arrival and early start so we were not able to sample the breakfast but the room was clean and comfortable. The bad wasn't as comfortable as my own but ok for a short stay. Overall very pleased and good value for money for the area.

It was truly a pleasure staying at her property. One of my best experiences ever. Monika is such a delightful person to have a conversation with, she was more than helpful. Monika shared recommendations about the area, transportation, meals, etc. It was indeed a smooth and memorable stay. Highly recommend the homestay, for both, short and long stays.

Tracey and het partner are such amazing hosts, we immediately felt at home. Location is perfect, the neighbourhood is very quite with easy acces to the highway to London. Communication about how the check in was going to look like was very clear, we were let in to their home by their friendly neighbours as they were not home at the moment we checked in. Huge plus was their dog and cat who welcomed us in their home in the most cute was possible. We would 100% stay again!

The hosts - Derek and Jenny - were fantastically helpful and welcoming, the room was immaculately clean and well presented, a great bed (with electric blanket😉), great bathroom facilities, a safe and easy to reach by public transport location, lots of nice tiny details in the room (fresh flowers by Jenny 🙏). Swan brewery (2 mins walk) is a great pub. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you very much again, Derek and Jenny! 😊
