Chez Ronny exceeded all our expectations. Ronny is an amazing host and the room and (almost) private bar were beautifully (and very personally) decorated. The bed was on itself magnificient. The whole experience was like no other we had (considering the whole package + being in the middle of St. Pauli). More than recommended.

It is set 4.9 km from Hamburg Central Station and offers a lift. The guest house has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. It was really close to the Barmbek station and very safe to walk to, the self check-in was really easy. I didn’t use any of the common facilities, but the room was nicely decorated and had all the amenities. There was also an option online to request the change of towels and throw out the trash which I didn’t use because of my short stay, thus I don’t know how that would work but it was a nice touch. I can see how people who are not used to the sound of trains could find the presence of the train tracks nearby a problem. My room was on the 3rd floor facing the train tracks directly and I didn’t consider the sound unbearable, in fact, I barely heard it. The gentleman I had to call in the early Sunday morning to unlock the front gate for me was really nice and helpful.

Great spacious apartment for reasonable price, easy communication with the super nice host Ronny, bedrooms are not directed to the Reeperbahn so that the noise levels are very low and falling asleep was not an issue, however you can be close to the action of you like to, in close proximity to the subway station to reach everything in Hamburg in just a few minutes, we received discount vouchers for the Kiezbäckerei which is a very recommended bakery!

It was a temporary stay while waiting for another apartment to be ready, and it turned out to be a great start to my time in the city! Wandsbek Markt is a charming area, and this apartment was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for exploring Hamburg, with cafes, shops, and everything I needed within walking distance. The apartment was part of a beautiful house, and it had a cozy, homely feel to it. The decor was nice, and the place was spotlessly clean. It felt like a home away from home during my stay. 😊 The kitchen was fully equipped, which was handy for cooking my own meals. The internet worked well, and the surroundings were peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The apartment was cozy as it has floor heating , and It was very warm. The host was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Qiang was very quick to respond to any questions I had and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Staying in this apartment made my first weeks in Hamburg enjoyable and stress-free. It was a cozy retreat in a great location, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. A big thank you to the host for providing such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Hamburg. For your comfort, you will find slippers and a hairdryer. All you need - Room features free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was perfect. You'll share the house with Patric. You have your own room (with a key that you can close) but share the kitchen and bathroom. The house was very cleaned and as soon as you enter you have to remove the shoes. Patric is a very nice guy. He also offered me the dinner that he prepared one day. Fast Wifi. The house is near the train but I didn't notice it during the night and I've slept very well. The house is closed also to a supermarket. In the room there are different flyers of the city of Hamburg, good for tourists.
