The estate was beautiful, peaceful and clean. The owners were very helpful , the husband actually came to pick us up from another place we had stayed in, when roads were closed and even took us to the grocery store! He refused to charge us for this help!

Clean stylish, tidy and spacious. Really nice to have tea and coffee, shampoo and super fluffy towels. The site is wonderful a real hidden gem with the Lakeside Costal walks, Aqua Park and the Ski Bar we had all we needed on our doorstep. Our 2 boys 9 & 12 were very happy as were we. Hosts were very responsive and checked in on us. We would definitely be back. Infact we can’t wait to head back it was such a lovely place. We were lucky enough to enjoy sunny afternoons as the locals tell us it has its own micro climate.

Situated 40 km from Derwentwater, 41 km from Buttermere and 34 km from Whinlatter Forest Park, Lyons Manor House features accommodation set in Maryport. The site as a whole was very clean and well looked after and the homes were really nice, spacious and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any problems that could occur. The value for money is 110% worth it. Also great facilities for the kids.
