This place is beautiful, cute colorful houses between green garden with nice pool. Even though it was close to the street it was very quiet in the area. All rooms had separate bathrooms, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. I definitely recommend it for groups and couples who want to enjoy peace and quiet. There is a big parking lot to accommodate multiple cars. Location is good providing you have a rental car since public transportation is not available there.

Everything is thought out, everything is convenient, there is everything you need and a little more) And if something is needed, the owners resolve the issue in a second. Liliana, thank you so much for your hospitality! We were with the baby and we were provided with so much for him - a bed, a chair, a potty, a chaise longue with music, a baby blanket! It was so great. The owners are always in touch - they helped us immediately to any request or question - where to eat delicious food, where to go, where to buy local fruits. We were by car and this house is ideally located from many attractions. We remember with great warmth the days spent in this place and boldly recommend it! The views will make your head spin!

Fully equipped house hold with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, small microwave oven, backing oven with air circulation, fume hood over the induction stove, refrigerator and freezer. Hint, do not open the bath room window when the fume hood is in operation. Plan you cloth washing properly, so you can dry it in the sun as the air is quite humid, especially when the clouds rise from the sea. You need sun or at least wind for drying below the terrace roof. Internet is very fast and reliable. The 2K-TV has regular HDMI-inputs, so you can connect the laptops HDMI-output if you bring a cable with you. As the TV is connected to the internet, you can use your usual streaming account as usual. The host is very kind and provided fresh fruits from her garden. If you miss anything, e.g. another pan or pot, she will provide gladly. The house provide a parking space and is located near a petrol station and the main road. A bus stop is nearby. Supermarket and coffee/restaurant are a two minutes uphill walk away. The coffee place offers a good dark baguette, you should try.

We stayed 1 week and were pleased. Levada Nova is out the back gate and down the stairs. Owners live next door. They cooked us beef skewers (on a stick) one night, which was a great treat. They also provided us with loads of fruit during out stay. Local cake and wine waiting for us upon arrival too. The place was as advertised and the treatment was a bonus. Smooth check in with the property manager Veronica (She was very nice too).

Initially we don't know where to have the free parking, after we figured out, it became very easy. We have been offered also a night free after the ladies got to know our flight was cancelled. We appreciated so much and we decided to go back to stay at Ponta do Sol.
