We spent 11 days here and loved everything about this house! Great location (2 minutes walk to the wonderful sand beach), clean and spacious rooms, comfy bed, bunch of towels and all the equipment needed for cooking! The best of all was a truly charming backyard with barbecue where we were spending most of the evenings. Not forgetting the host who was extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful - Stefano, you rock! I highly recommend the house to anyone travelling to beautiful Costa Rei.

The terrace is the main feature of this quiet and comfortable flat. The view is spectacular. We enjoyed the most amazing dawns and sunsets during our stay. The owner was available and very helpful at all times. At our arrival he even left us a tray of delicious Sardinian homemade cakes. A nice welcoming gesture.

The sea view from the terrace was just great. The location, in a secured residence, was few minutes away from the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The lay out of the house. My wife also loved the roses. Milena is a very friendly and very helpful host. We will certainly come back.

    Such a wonderful location near Costa Rei. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anja and Marco's place. So many beautiful places to see, too little time! The appartment was really spacious and all amenities were there. Everything was very clean and tidy, the view towards the sea was also very pretty. Can't recommend this place enough. Anja is a great hostess, and so is Marco. Very thoughtful people!

    The place and location was perfect we had the best time. the decor was lovely and very clean as were the amenities lots of extra little things like great selection of crockery, condiments and cooking utensils made the stay more enjoyable as travellers don't tend to have all the extra things with them. The nearby beaches were beautiful and close by. Lorenzo was a great host very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

    The location is very good, near to the beach and Supermarkt. the beach is very clean and there is a beach bar with good prizes. the house has all you need, air conditioned and a parking lot in front of the house. Susanna is very kind and is available all the time. A good starting point to also visit the other beaches in the area (by car). We had a nice stay.

    accommodation was situated on a hill and it had a beautiful view of the beach and the sea, it had a nice terrace with awning, it was very clean, communication with the owner was very good and knew and was available if we had any questions. :)
