We had an amazing stay in George’s villa. He literally saved our trip. We arrived late at night and we had a car appointment we weren’t able to take. We had to go to the villa with taxi and we were very worried what to do without a car. First George greeted us with traditional Greek dinner at 11 PM, a shot of raki and a big smile. He helped us a lot and on the next morning he found us a car in half price, since everything was booked in the sites! This saved our trip! The house itself was amazing, a few outdoor lounges with a barbecue, sparkling clean, very comfortable beds, ACs in every area, fridge with a few beers, water, olives.. Loutraki village center (100 meters) have tavernas and we recommend Niko’s one for sure! You have to go and meet him! Gerani village is 10 mins away with the car, amazing Balos beach is in this area, also Chania is near where you can go for dinner and a drink. Out of all we became friends with the people from the village, George and Nikos from the taverna. We would really come back here and highly recommend this place, you will find not only a perfect facilities, but amazing people to meet and get to know the Greek culture!

My friends and I visited Giannas House and stayed there for 2 days. Our stay in this awesome place was exactly what we wanted! The location was really good,next to Gerani Beach and the bus station was 1 minute away from the apartment. The apartment was big and really comfortable for 7 people.There was everything could someone needed and it was like we were in our home. Gianna and Giorgos were two of the most lovely hosts we have met. What we really appreciated was the fact that we were offered food, as bread,jam,orange juice and more. Our lovely hosts behaved us like our parents! Thank you for everything and hope to meet again!!

Mpampis was an exceptional host. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and a fully stocked fridge. The house is beautiful and the loft bedroom and wonderful garden were highlights for our two children! The beach is less than a minute away and it was so nice enjoying a morning coffee on the veranda with the sound of the waves in the background! We would recommend this holiday home to anyone!

The Property was excellent, My family and I stayed 10 days here. Efithis and Valia were most gracious and friendly hosts and very accommodating. We arrived very late at night and were still met at the house. The house itself is wonderful with a great pool. Its quiet but within a few minutes of buses , supermarkets, restaurants and even a bar. The bus service into Chania was very convenient if needed but Genari is quite a relaxing place if you want to avoid the crowds. I would highly recommend the house and the hosts and we had a fabulous holiday and would not hesitate to return.

Lovely clean villa, with beautiful outside space and swimming pool. The owner had thought of all the little details, and was always on hand to help if needed, and was so lovely. Perfectly located with shops, restaurants and beach nearby , but not too close. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at beautiful Villa Athinais in September. Mary was a brilliant host throughout. She met us at the property on our arrival and had a wonderful welcome package for us including her amazing homemade bread. The villa itself is wonderful inside and out and the views are really spectacular to the sea and the mountains and the beautiful countryside in between. There are so many different areas to sit and relax and eat and the pool and area around is just perfect. We had a brilliant holiday exploring the west of Crete from this great location and also spending relaxing days by the pool in the villa. Mary was so helpful with suggestions of where to go and great restaurants to eat at as well as helping us with making reservations. We really cannot fault our experience in this beautiful place and we hope to be able to come back again soon. Many thanks Mary!! :)
