This beautiful wooden house was on a mountain slope North of batumi. It was beuatifully quiet there. Surrounded by nature with an amazing view of the Sea, it was the perfect arrival destination for a roadtrip through Georgia. The key handover was uncomplicated. Because the place is not easy to find on Google navigation, the host sent very detailed and helpful instructions for how to get there and was on standby for calls, in case you miss an exit. While somewhat off the beaten path, this place was sooo wonderful, it is defeinitely worth it. We will return!

We had the privileg to be the first guests at this wonderful house. Everything was perfekt! The view is sensationell, the house is perfectly equiped.Ana who welcomed us, speaks perfect english and was extremly friendly and helpful. We get a bottle of wine and fresh fruits as a present and the housekeeping staff was very helpful, too. We will stay here again next year! Best vacation on our round trip in Georgia!

Very clean, everything you need is available, the beds are comfortable. Levan is always available, has sent us video instructions for access to the apartment and parking space. Behind the hotel is a free parking lot. We had two apartments on the 33-05 th floor right next to each other. In the small anteroom there is also a dryer, which was very useful for us after the rain. Thank you, Levan , for the wonderful stay!
