The host is very friendly and helpful. Though this is the outskirts of the city and from this location you could not walk by foot to the sightseen, it is ok if you use a car. It is in 5 min by car from city center, 5 min walk from the park where you could stroll with your dog in the morning and it is quite. In this booking segment it is worth its price.
