Room was fairly spacious, clean and with modern furnishing. My room faced the river with a magnificent view over Ljubljana castle. Despite being on first floor, above a bar in one of the most lively areas of the city, the rooms are so well isolated, that you can not hear anything once you close the windows (also rooms have AC). Location is perfect, 10 min away on foot from the bus/train station and few steps away from the Old Town. Breakfast can be served at the bar downstairs, or at one of the many terraces along the river. Definitely recommended.
