But what we liked most is how petfriendly the owners and employees are, we have never seen hotel owners so happy to see 2 big Carpathian Shepherd dogs in their location (our dogs are crate trained and very friendly, but still). We are very grateful for this, we definitely recommend the location and we'll come back here.

She served breakfast to us from her own garden and her own production. The room was very clean. Everything was new. They let the dogs in the room as well. Very pleased with our stay! The rooms at the Picasso Boutique Hotel all provide a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar and a bathroom with shower or bath tub, bathrobes, slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer. If I ever return to Arad, its to visit this wonderful boutique hotel and stay there again. It's really a little island of peace and luxury, with every detail from thick towels to a chocolate on the pillow. It's a historical building but newly renovated, the bed is so comfortable, all the conveniences are modern, everything works. The staff are wonderful people who truly understand hospitality and the breakfast was delicious. For such perfection, the price was very modest. I think the restaurant is Michelin, did not dine here as we tried another great place in town, but I'd dine here next time for sure after that breakfast. I don't know if Picasso stayed here, but if he did he would say the same.
