Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. Our host was amazing, friendly and generous with drink and food and friendship. I loved the sweet cherry tree and views of the vineyards.

This guesthouse was very stylish and thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed and welcome glasses of port and sweets were provided. A nice touch. It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

What an amazing place and warm, wonderful hosts Paolo and Carla make you feel like old friends. Beware, booking.com's directions take you to the wrong house. Follow Google maps to Quinta da Menina Guest house instead and you won't get lost. The place seems brand new but charming. It's spotless and gorgeous. The pool is crystal clear and breakfast is fantastic. Don't make the mistake we made and only book one night. You are going to want to stay at this beautiful oasis and explore the wine area for, at least, a few days. I would have stayed forever if I could.

I stayed in many places. I have never met expensive coffee machines, sound bars with subwoofers, and collectible vintage radios for guests. All kitchenware matches by color. Complimentary cake, fruits and Porto vine are offered. Places and where to eat recommendations are printed. The host is amazing. Everything is made with love.

Great place to stay when visiting the Douro Valley. Well located at the beginning of a great drive into the valley. Casa 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro is brand new and the facilities are excellent. Also the hosts were very nice and most helpful. I have no hesitation recommending Casa 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro for your stay when visiting the Douro Valley. Also they have parking right next door within the building which is most helpful.

Zimão Garden House se află în Vila Real, la aproximativ 30 km de Natur Waterpark și la 31 km de Golf Course Vidago Palace. We can highly recommend this accommodation. The house is located in Zimao, an old town of traditional stone houses located at the hillside with views over the valley. The host Eva was very friendly and gave us good recommendations what to see and to do in the area, like waterfalls, lakes and the beautiful countryside. I think the location is ideal for hiking and biking. The house and rooms were very clean and well equipped. The house is an old town house but very nicely renovated with fine decorations and the attention to details. There is a big and fully equipped kitchen to be used by all of the only 3 rooms as well as a balcony with a beautiful view at sunset over the valley. We stayed in the studio that is spacious as well as its bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We had a great time there and enjoyed our stay.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Also, the facilities was very comfortable and clean, the view was amazing and the breakfast was always complete. The only thing was that the bathroom water drain could be even smarter. In addition to everything, I recommend the Muas Guest House and their homemade cakes, they were amazing.

If we could, we give a 10+++. The breakfast ++, the hospitalty was more than o.k. Such kind hosts, such beautiful walking aria, we are going back and stay longer than 3 days.
