The hotel was fully renovated - excellent house. The beds were cosy and comfortable to sleep. Excellent bathroom. The host was very gentle and helpful.

Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Walking distance from train station to visit Cinque terre. Parking is very convenient, leave you car parked on their garage and ride the train to all Cinque terre. Nearby restaurants and bars . Self check in was a breeze and detail instructions on how to access the room were excellent. Room was renovated , everything very modern.

Case Vacanze Scorci Di Mare is a 14th-century building set in the Cinque Terre National Park, 50 metres from Riomaggiore’s rocky coast. It offers sea-view rooms with satellite TV. Everything else was excellent, great view from the room, the staff was really helpful and friendly, the room was clean

Very easy communication with the host. Free parking is available around the apartment (but you cannot park directly in front of the building for unloading). Lots of restaurants and bars around, as the apartment is directly in the historical centre. Heating available, comfortable bed, snacks and coffee available.
