It features mature gardens, free Wi-Fi and free private parking, and is situated just 3 km from the village of Oughterard, ideally located for exploring Connemara and Galway city. Great location not far from downtown Oughterard! So comfortable, so clean, great shower and all the facilities, comfy beds and lots of room. Such a beautiful place and a great window view. Patricia was extremely kind and helpful and great to talk to, very caring. The irish breakfast served was excellent.

Apartments are self-catering (no meals included) and have separate entrances, comfortable living areas with TV and fireplace. Each bedroom has a private shower room with personal toiletries, towels etc. All bedrooms have good storage, excellent beds - fully dressed, tv, hairdryer etc. The fully equipped kitchens have cookers, microwave, dolce gusto coffee machine, all utensils etc and washer-dryers. On arrival you will find tea/coffee, fresh milk, juice, cereals, condiments and homemade brown bread and cake. We stayed in BnB's almost exclusively during our 2 weeks in Ireland and the Buttermilk was hands down the best of all. The room was lovely, breakfast out of this world and easy walk to town.

The rooms and beds were so comfortable. Very clean and cosy. Mari helped us with all we needed and made our stay just perfect.
