Private parking lot. The property had it's own bar/breakfast facility (which we did not try). Host was friendly, rooms were clean, there was a kitchenette.

The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Polesana Rooms asub Pula kesklinnas, lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Pula Arenast ja MEMO muuseumist. The room was very clean and modern. Excellent communication from Kristina. The building is close to the center. Parking is a bit difficult at the location but it is to be expected in a city center, we have managed to find a free of charge spot every day.

BOUTIQUE ROOMS Mare Fabulas asub Rovinjis, 2,5 km kaugusel Porton Biondi rannast. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. the rooms are new and clean and with a nice decor. but the owners are amazing! super helpful! such nice people!

Casa dei Boscarini asub Bujes, 17 km kaugusel Istralandia veepargist. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, tasuta eraparkla, hooajaline välibassein ja aed. The host is great, the pool and jacuzzi are great. 10/10

Aiaga Skalameri asub Istria piirkonnas Kozljakis, 38 km kaugusel Morosini-Grimani lossist ja 40 km kaugusel Dvigradi lossist. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade mägedele ja aiale. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. Although we arrived late and they had little time, they prepared the best dinner we had in Istria. We rented two rooms for our family of 7 and both were clean and stocked. The house sits atop a hill with fantastic sunset views over the valley. The hosts painstakingly renovated the property a few years ago, keeping its rustic charm, yet upgrading it with all modern amenities. It is a quiet and peaceful location, yet is a short drive to sights around Istria.
