It is 200 metres from Opera Metro Station and 10 minutes’ walk from Puerta del Sol. The location and the view are INCREDIBLE. We were literally opposite the Royal Palace with a view of the gardens of Plaza de Oriente and the Royal Palace. The room was very nicely furnished with comfy beds, very spacious, nice decorations and a clean and well equipped bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a lovely, authentic atmosphere to the hotel.

The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.

The guest house is on the 2nd floor of an elegant townhouse and has a lift. The location was great and Auri was so warm and hospitable! She recommended a nearby restaurant when we asked and it was fantastic as well. We would definitely come back, thanks for making us feel so welcome!

Rooms at the Bueno guesthouse have private bathrooms, air conditioning and heating. They also have TVs, and there is a lift. I do not think I can find any better place given the price range. I definitely got more than I paid for. The location is 1-2 minutes walk from Gran Via metro. The location might seem like a busy place given it is a shopping street but overall I found it very safe and pretty quiet in the room. The room is comfortable to stay: good bed and good shower. The room got cleaned everyday, also towels got replaced daily. I didn't expect this from the price. This is very kind of the host. The host of the place was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend.
